He Comes Once
A downloadable experience for Windows and macOS
A challenging first person survival horror experience set in rural America.
Get your stuff from the car, get back home alive, and keep an eye on the wind.
Story
You live off the grid in the Appalachian forests. It's late and you're just settling down to light a fire and relax. But dang, you forgot something in your car.
You don't remember where you parked the darn junker. Looks like you'll have to look around.
Get your stuff from your car and get back home.
Controls
- WASD : Move
- Shift : Run
- Mouse : Look around
- Right click : Focus
- F12 : Screenshot
Mechanics
- The location of the car is randomly chosen every time a new game is started.
- You can hear the car engine, if you're close.
- At all times, The Nameless One is following you.
- The Nameless One is faster than you. When he touches you, he will kill you.
- When The Nameless One is close you can hear various sounds; a clock ticking, whispering, etc.
- The Nameless One carries with him a strong gust of wind, disturbing the trees even far away from him. Keep an eye on the trees to get a head start on running from him, and listen for unusual wind.
- Sometimes The Nameless One will disappear and reappear somewhere else. Sometimes he will behave strangely. Do not fear him, just try to find your car. But do not let him catch you.

I think the ability to create a sense of fear with the feeling of being chased by an unknown being like torutaru is great.
But the map of the game is too wide and there's nothing to be used as an indicator, so it's hard to enjoy it'
And normal game mode is too dark for me...
I don't know where I am and where I'm headed.
I think the "feel of being chased by the unknown in the dark forest" section was really well created.
I hope the other parts will be updated as soon as well. I like this game
it's okay, maybe making an ending would have been nice and definitely so jump scares or loud noises, because after a while it became little boring. but it's okay, cool game.

I played and posted both games and the conclusion to my review, if you want to hear is as follows - great gameplay, much more addictive then first, even thou this one is much easier, superb sound effects, great atmosphere and overall very neat. Be proud hiddenVisions, you made 2 amazing games.
Looking forward to your new projects!
